I had a great experience here! The lounge has such an amazing atmosphere very chill, welcoming, and a perfect place to relax. I love that they stay open until 2 AM, which makes it a great late-night spot to hang out. Amber really made the experience even better. She was so sweet, attentive, and had an amazing personality. She made sure we were comfortable and taken care of the whole time. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. The owner to this shop and lounge is by far one of the nicest people I’ve ever met very attentive, very prompt, and he most certainly has a passion for his business and helping others. Secondly, there was a staff member behind the counter by the name of Amber if my memory serves me correct, she knew a lot about the business she worked for and had such a helping spirit and a great attitude she spoke so well about the establishment that I’m going back this weekend… you can’t fake great service !!!! ~ Danielle G

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORKERS !!!! AND THE PRICES ARE EVEN BETTER !!!! The prices here are more than fair especially compared to other smoke shops in the area. Great shopping experience at this Vivid location. Fatima and Treven helped me out with my preferences as to whatt vape to buy, ended going with an evobar they taste great and are alot smoother than other salt nicotine vapes. Great prices and discounts for loyal shoppers. Great local smoke shop. Also, for those who are looking i havent been able to find any Al Capone Cigarillo Leafs but they have them here. Great atmosphere.! The ambiance and lounge has modern decor!! Owner was nice and helpful.! I got my love 66 for 20!!! They even have a hookah lounge that’s 24 hours.!!
